Benagil Sup

Highly recommended
We went for a short trip with my boyfriend to Algarve to visit the area and his friends. That was our first holiday together. The weather was beautiful and warm so one of his friend recommended to try the SUP if we have time.
That was the time when we got in touch with Márcio. He usually takes groups on Wednesday mornings but he was busy that day so he didn’t take any groups but for us he made an exception and took just two of us for an incredible SUP trip.
He was super friendly and cheerful from the first time. He prepared us for the adventure ( board , pedal, surfing suit, life vest and some good advices) than we started the tour.
At the beginning it was so difficult to stay on the board but Márcio was so patient and professional so he could helped us in everything. We spent 2,5 hours on the water to have enough time to see many many beautiful caves ,not just the popular ones. During the tour he took a lot of photo and video of us with a GoPro so when we got them the quality was amazing and the moments what he could caught was wonderful. At the final part of the tour we had time to enjoy the view inside of the famous “eye” of Benagil cave.
That was a lifetime experience.
I would highly recommend it to everyone who would love to spend an amazing time on amazing place doing sport and to have a lot of fun.

Highly recommend!
One of our favourite days of the holiday! We were so glad there was still an opportunity to do it even in the low season. Brave the colder waters cause it’s so worth it, we ended up being in the Benagil caves alone which is almost unheard of!! Marcio was outstanding as well, very friendly and chatty, always made us feel at ease on the water. Would highly recommend to everyone!!

Best thing to do even in January
We had an amazing experience with Marcio and Mena. We had a private tour because of the low season (we were the only ones). So the waves were a bit bigger and the sun was a bit shy. But we were in good hands and we loved every part of it. If you are near the area everyone should definitely go on a tour with these lovely people. It is a wonderful way to discover the beauty of the caves of Benagil. Marcio and Mena many thanks again!
